Coriole is renowned for its Shiraz, the backbone of McLaren Vale’s winemaking tradition, with vines planted as early as 1919. However, the winery has also been a pioneer of Mediterranean varietals, introducing Sangiovese to Australia in 1985 and later expanding into Fiano, Montepulciano, Nero d’Avola, and Piquepoul.
